To be more specific, vitamins B1, B2, B6, B12 help the body unlock and use energy; calcium and vitamin D to help build strong bones; iron and vitamin C to help support healthy immune function.

Besides, Milo drink also provides the source of protein to help nourish growing muscles.

Milo contains 421 calories in every 100g of the powder, mostly from carbohydrates and sugar. Carbohydrates can provide the energy for the body.

4. Assessment

First, with the source of vitamin, protein and calcium, Milo is the healthy drink for everyone. You can use it for your children because it is well understood plain milk is the highly nutritious beverage and is an important source of protein and calcium for them. Nutrition Research Australia (NRA) supports that MILO and milk may make a positive contribution to kids’ diets by stimulating greater milk consumption and thereby help children meet their calcium requirements

In addition, Milo helps to recharge the energy after you play sports. A cup of Milo for the breakfast is the best choice when you start your day.

HoweverMilo contains some ingredients which are similar to caffeine which is present in the Coca-Cola used in the product and the naturally occurring caffeine in the cocoa beans in MILO can interfere with the proper absorption of nutrients, but particularly Iron and Calcium.
